Kepler Illich is an economist whose research focuses on how consumers respond to prices in the U.S. healthcare system. He also has interests in public policy and industrial organization in the healthcare market.

He received his B.S. from Georgetown University in Physics and Economics in 2011 and his Ph.D. from the University of California, Davis in 2024.
